One book, two pages
Your foldable is already a book.
Duofolio opens a book across the fold — two facing pages, a page that bends like paper when you turn it, and a companion that answers questions without spoiling what you haven’t read.
The fold
Built for the crease, not around it.
Most readers treat a foldable as a large phone. Duofolio treats it as a book.
Open the device and the text sets in two columns across the hinge, with a soft shadow where the spine falls. Fold it and the same page reflows into a single column, keeping your place to the word. Rest it half-open on a table and the book sits above the hinge while your notes take the lower half — and when the keyboard comes up, the note lifts into a floating card instead of burying the page.
Open
Two facing pages, the spine falling on the crease.
Folded
One column, same place in the text, to the word.
Tabletop
Book above the hinge, your notes below it.
In the reader
The quiet machinery.
Contents
Every chapter with its reference page. Tap to jump; the one you’re in is marked.
Progress
Drag through the whole book, with the chapter and the percentage. Hidden until you ask for it — it has no business sitting over the text while you read.
Search
Find any word in the book. Hits past your bookmark are dimmed and marked ahead, so a search can’t spoil the plot either.
Highlights
Select a passage and it’s marked line by line, the way a pen would, not boxed in a block. All of them gathered in one list.
Appearance
Publisher, serif or sans. Text size, line spacing, margins, justification. Light and dark — both on warm paper, never pure black.
Your language
English, Italian, French and Spanish, following whatever your device already speaks.
On-device AI
It only knows what you’ve read.
Every answer is built from the pages behind your bookmark, and nothing else.
Ask about a character you’ve met and you get an answer. Ask about a turn you haven’t reached and Duofolio tells you it hasn’t happened yet — in on the secret, but not telling. Ask for a recap and it stops exactly where you did.

Answers only from what you’ve already read
